Jeff Verble - Senior Vice President

Mr. Verble began his real estate lending career over 30 years ago and has worked for several regional banks and credit unions in the Inland Northwest.  Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Sage Creek having navigated numerous economic cycles and shifts in the commercial real estate lending landscape. He possesses a deep understanding of underwriting and leans heavily into relationships with his clients, many of whom he’s worked with for decades. His commitment to providing informed guidance and personalized service not only enhances the client experience but also fulfills Sage Creek’s mantra “the best deal is the one that closes”. Decades of experience in multi-family, construction & development, retail, and office, allow Verble to match the right loan product to the right deal. 

Mr. Verble graduated from Eastern Washington University and holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Technology. When Jeff is not closing loans he’s either boating or enjoying time with his wife - on the boat.
